In a medical-social environment, you ensure the follow-up and well-being of residents in coordination with the healthcare team. - Supervise the administration of treatments and monitor the evolution of patients on a daily basis - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and adapt personalized care plans - Organize and animate preventive workshops to promote health and autonomy of residents The client is ready to offer the following conditions: - Contract: Temporary - Duration: 2 months - Salary: between 14.95 euros/hour and 25.79 euros/hour Concerning the salary, the hourly rate is fixed according to the applicable collective agreement within the structure and according to your experience (seniority).
