- Ensure daily nursing care to residents, respecting established medical protocols
- Collaborate closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to develop and update personalized care plans
- Supervise medication management, including administration and monitoring of side effects
- Support emotional well-being of residents by fostering a climate of trust and open communication
- Actively participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve care practices
