As a key member of the care team, you will ensure the well-being and health of elderly residents in the facility - Ensure the management and administration of medical treatments prescribed to residents - Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team and ensure medical file follow-up - Actively participate in continuous improvement of care protocols and organization of therapeutic activities
