Within a pharmaceutical industry establishment, you will ensure the well-being and medical follow-up of over 400 employees, depending on the activity periods, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct medical consultations and preventive health follow-ups for employees
- Administer necessary care and ensure first aid in case of need
- Collaborate with the medical team and a social worker to develop and implement health and safety policies
- Organize and participate in awareness campaigns and vaccination programs within the establishment
- Maintain precise and confidential medical records, in accordance with current regulations
Here are the details of the offer for this position:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months minimum
- Salary: €35,000 per year if beginner
You will benefit from exceptional advantages:
Salary range of €35 K to €37 K gross annual, over 13 months. Cadre status
Working hours: Base of 37 hours per week, giving the right to 15 days of RTT (Reduced Work Time) per year.
Benefits: Annual participation in profits, and a percentage on the realization of cadre objectives.
15 RTT per year + 2 paid leave days after one year of seniority, transportation allowance We are looking for an experienced Nurse with a first experience for a pharmaceutical establishment
You master the legal framework of occupational health and have significant experience in using the DUERP.
- Knowledge of medical knowledge in an industrial pharmaceutical environment
- State diploma in nursing required and complementary certification
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently
- Keen sense of observation and rigor in following care protocols
