Within our post-acute and rehabilitation care facility, you will actively contribute to improving patients' health.
- Ensure regular monitoring and assessment of patients' health status
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Participate in supporting patients in their rehabilitation journey through educational and informative actions
Our client's offer for this position is as follows:
- Contract: Temporary work
- Duration: 1 day
- Salary: 16 to 20 euros/hour

- You hold a recognized State Diploma in Nursing.
- You have a minimum of two years of professional experience.
