Within an establishment dedicated to the elderly, you will ensure quality care during the day, ensuring the well-being and dignity of the residents - Ensure the overall care of nursing care adapted to the needs of the residents - Coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal continuity of care - Perform regular assessments of the residents' health status and adjust care plans accordingly - Manage medical supplies stocks and ensure their proper supply - Maintain effective and caring communication with families and external health professionals.
