In an elderly care facility, you will actively participate in the implementation of care and the daily support of residents
- Ensure the administration of drug treatments in accordance with medical prescriptions
- Supervise and coordinate care activities for residents
- Assess the individual care needs of residents and respond appropriately
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure personalized follow-up adapted to each resident
- Participate in continuing education and the supervision of less experienced members of the care team

- Hold the State Diploma of Nurse
- Demonstrate empathy and listening to understand the needs of residents
- Have the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate rigor and organization in the management of daily care
- Excellent verbal communication to interact with patients and medical staff
