Your main missions: - Nursing Care and Follow-up: Assess the health status of patients, plan and provide care (preventive, curative, palliative), monitor vital signs, manage drug treatments and perform dressings. - Rehabilitation and Support: Actively participate in the rehabilitation of patients, support them in their care and life project, and prepare them for a return home. - Work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (ensure the traceability of care and supervise the nursing assistants.) - Management and Administration: Update patient records and participate in the logistical management of the unit. Registered Nurse (M/F) training, we are looking for rigorous (s) candidates, motivated (e) s and who love human contact and working in a multidisciplinary team.
