Within an elderly care home, you will ensure high-quality care and monitor the well-being of residents - Actively participate in evaluating, planning, and implementing personalized care for each resident - Collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure an optimal and secure healthcare environment - Ensure precise management of medical records and participate in coordinating daily health activities

- State Diploma in Nursing required for this position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric care
