In this rehabilitation and aftercare facility, you will actively contribute to the continuity of care.
- Ensure the overall care of patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Perform nursing care in accordance with established protocols
- Actively participate in the evaluation and development of individualized care plans
