Medical Call, a leading agency in medical and paramedical recruitment, is seeking a State-Registered Nurse (H/F) for regular interim missions within an Elderly Care Home (EHPAD) in Crozon (29).
Your Mission :
Within the healthcare team of the EHPAD, you will ensure comprehensive care for residents in collaboration with Nursing Assistants and the Coordinator Doctor :
Realize nursing, technical, and relational care (dressings, injections, surveillance, medication distribution, etc.).
Ensure the evaluation of the health status of residents and develop personalized care plans.
Participate in the continuous quality improvement process and individualized life project.
Supervise and coordinate the work of Nursing Assistants.
Ensure the traceability of care and transmissions (oral and written).
The Work Environment :
Location: Elderly Care Home (EHPAD) of Crozon Hospital.
Type of Contract: Interim Mission Contract (duration and frequency of missions variable).
Schedules: Days or nights, depending on the needs of the service.
