As part of a TEMPORARY assignment, you will join the care team to ensure the continuity and quality of care within a modern and efficient work environment. Work rhythm: 12 hours, DAY OR NIGHT. Schedules (including handover times): - Day: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM - Night: 07:15 PM - 07:15 AM Your main responsibilities: - Assess patients' health status and define the nursing care plan in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team (doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists...). - Plan and provide care as prescribed by a doctor, as well as care related to the nurse's independent role. - Manage medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and complex wound dressing. - Use and evolve daily with the cutting-edge digital and technological tools provided by the institution for patient monitoring. - Support the patient and their family in the rehabilitation and self-sufficiency process. - Ensure the traceability of care via the internal software and actively participate in handovers. Diploma: You must hold the State Diploma of Nurse (IDE) and be registered with the National Council of Nurses. Experience: Previous experience in rehabilitation, physiotherapy, or a medical ward is an asset, but motivated junior profiles with a high capacity for adaptation are welcome.
