You will actively participate in care and well-being of residents in an elderly home, one weekend every two weeks.
- Ensure daily medical care and monitor the evolution of the health state of residents
- Coordinate with the medical team to set up care plans adapted
- Accompany and support residents and their families in managing care
- Participate in writing medical reports and maintaining patient files
- Contribute to a serene and secure environment for residents and staff
So, here's what we're offering you:
- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 16 euros /hour + seniority reintegration + Various Primes You are a state-certified nurse with initial experience, ready to work one weekend every two weeks to take care of our seniors in a dedicated establishment.
- Ability to establish a trusting relationship with elderly people and their families
- Solid nursing skills with a State Diploma in Nursing (DEI)
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while remaining autonomous
- Adaptability and listening sense to respond to the varied needs of residents
- Sense of organization to ensure rigorous follow-up of treatments and care
