- Ensure daily surveillance of residents and evaluate their health status
- Administer prescribed medications while respecting current protocols
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to establish and follow personalized care plans
- Participate in welcoming new residents and initial evaluation of their needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of care practices within the establishment - State Nursing Diploma required for this position
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and healthcare staff
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Keen sense of organization and professional rigor
- Empathy and patience towards an elderly and fragile population
