Join our human-sized establishment with a capacity for 30 residents in a small village at the heart of the Ariège Mountains.
If you have already had the opportunity to hold a responsible position or wish to evolve in your career, the post is open to 20% on an IDEC position.
Your missions will be as follows:
- Supervise daily health care services provided to residents, ensuring respect for established medical protocols
- Ensure coordination with treating physicians and medical teams to optimize individual care plans
- Regularly evaluate the health status of residents and document observed evolutions in medical records
- Actively participate in developing and implementing health prevention and education programs
- Encourage a harmonious and secure living environment, ensuring physical and psychological well-being for residents
Additional information about the position:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months renewable
- On this position, you have the possibility of being lodged on site if you are not from the region. We are looking for a dedicated and competent Nurse (F/H) to join a warm and convivial establishment at the heart of the Ariège Mountains
- Ability to provide benevolent and adapted care to elderly people
- State Nursing Diploma required
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
