- You possess at least 2 years of experience in elderly care facilities
- State-issued Nursing Diploma required to guarantee professional expertise
- Ability to establish a benevolent and trusting relationship with residents
- Proven competence in managing care and medical treatments
- Aptitude to work in a multidisciplinary team with professionalism and efficiency
