- Ensure health status surveillance and evaluation of residents.
- Administer medical treatments prescribed with rigor and precision.
- Actively participate in developing personalized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to optimize care.
- Provide psychological support to residents and their families. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated nurse (F/H) to join our elderly care facility.
- Listening capacity and empathy towards the elderly
- State Diploma in Nursing mandatory
- Mastery of geriatric nursing care
- Sense of organization and professional rigor
- Verbal and written communication skills
