In an elderly care facility, you will ensure providing quality care while respecting the physical and emotional well-being of residents

- Ensure medical surveillance and administer prescribed treatments by doctors
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Offer attentive support and active listening to residents and their families
- Actively participate in service meetings to contribute to continuous improvement of care practices
- Train and mentor new arrivals to ensure a successful integration into the facility
- Contract: CDI We are looking for a dedicated Nurse (F/H) without prior experience required.

- Holding a State Diploma in Nursing is essential
- Show great empathy to accompany residents
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to manage stressful situations with calmness and efficiency
