Within a medico-social establishment, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care to residents while ensuring their overall well-being
- Coordinate and provide nursing care to meet the daily needs of residents
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Actively participate in continuous resident evaluations to adapt necessary interventions
- Ensure the management and tracking of medical records, guaranteeing their accuracy and compliance
- Supervise and guide paramedical personnel to ensure optimal care performances

- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
- Salary: €13 per hour The nurse (F/H), working within a medico-social establishment, will demonstrate their nursing skills with rigor and humanity.
- State diploma in nursing required to ensure confirmed expertise in medical care
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent ability to establish respectful communication with residents and their families
- Sense of organization and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Empathy and keen sense of listening to accompany patients as best possible
