Working within the framework of Home Hospitalization, you will provide personalized, quality care to patients in their homes.
- Ensure personalized care for patients in home hospitalization
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure optimal follow-up
- Participate in the assessment of patient needs to adapt the services provided
- Promote a caring and reassuring environment for patients and their families
- Engage in a continuous training program to maintain a high level of competence
Here are the proposed conditions for this position:
- Contract: Fixed-term contract (CDD)
- Duration: 2 months
- Salary: 17 euros/hour
