Operating Room Nurse (F/H) Based in Toulouse
Job description

The functions or titles are declaimed as feminine as masculine. On a daily basis, on 10 operating rooms within the block:
- You coordinate, organize, and perform nursing care in the room.
- You ensure patient reception and care, and you ensure their comfort and safety.
- Know and evaluate the risk of infectious disease from the operated patient and type of intervention.
- Develop, master, apply, and make applicable procedures adapted to behaviors, materials, locations, and environment.
- Give an example by your rigor in matters of hygiene.
- You participate in preoperative examination.
You benefit from support since taking up the post to ensure a good integration.
You work during the day on 7- or 10-hour cycles, Monday to Friday, without any constraints.
Your days start at 7:00 AM and end no later than 8:00 PM (6:30 PM patient entry for an estimated one-hour intervention maximum), open in scheduled surgery from Monday to Friday.
Job conditions:
- Salary: €2,559 gross monthly
- Seniority reintegration at 100%
- Block bonus of €250 monthly
- Function bonus of €210 monthly
- Profit-sharing and participation according to clinic results
- CSE: vacation checks, gifts, CESU
- Mutual insurance taken at 100%
- Internal mobility within a multidisciplinary establishment (medicine, surgery, operating room, outpatient care, oncology, SMR, psychiatry, intensive care, and imaging...) You must be a State-qualified Nurse with at least 6 months of experience in the operating room or IBODE.
You enjoy human contact and teamwork and wish to invest yourself in the operating room. You have an intervention capacity in case of emergency and have a sense of organization and rigor.
