External Competences and Client Relations: Commercial sense, Partnership and solution, Commercial engagement (Detailed planning of accounts and management of the 'pipeline').

Your missions will include:
Clinical Training and Education: Providing high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring the effective use of products and respect for best clinical practices.
Product Expertise: Acting as a clinical expert, providing advice on product application and benefits to care teams.
Assistance with Trials: Supporting the commercial team in launching and successfully justifying/concluding clinical trials of products.
Engagement of Stakeholders: Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders (clinicians, nursing staff, hospital administrators).
Assistance and Troubleshooting: Offering clinical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product use.
Collaboration: Working closely with commercial, marketing, and product teams to align training programs with client needs and commercial objectives.
Commercial Surveillance: Monitoring sector trends, clinical guidelines, and policy changes to adapt educational strategies.
Conformity and Best Practices: Ensuring compliance of all training materials and sessions with regulatory and clinical directives.
Reports and Comments: Providing detailed reports on training sessions, customer comments, and areas for improvement.

The package includes:

Salary base gross 13 months: €50k to €55k depending on the profile
Vauxhall car + fuel card


NON-CONTRACTUAL PRIZES (FOR INFORMATION ONLY):

Car wash premium: €384 EUR gross/year (= €32 EUR * 12)

Telwork premium: €840 EUR gross/year (= €70 EUR * 12) 1. Experience and Training
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an operating room AND ideally some sales experience.
Training: IDE or IBODE

2. Skills and Knowledge
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage, educate, and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
Problem-Solving: Solid skills in analysis and problem-solving to respond to clinical demands.
Knowledge of the Sector: Understanding of NHS operations, clinical pathways, and healthcare purchasing.
Informatique: Understanding and ability to use a management system
Languages: English level B2 minimum.

3. Travel
Be willing to travel throughout France.
