Within the framework of a modern convalescent clinic, you will ensure the coordination and continuity of care for patients requiring complex care
- Pilot the organization of medical and paramedical activities within the establishment
- Ensure the management and development of the nursing team, promoting their skills growth
- Guarantee a smooth communication between patients, families, and various services in the establishment
- Collaborate closely with the care manager to optimize care processes
- Monitor the quality, safety, and efficiency of care provided to patients in the establishment

- Contract: CDI
- Salary: 40,000 euros/year according to profile
