The Health Framework organizes paramedical activity in liaison with the medical team.
It animates the team and coordinates resources.
It is responsible for the quality of care provided in care units, patient rights, and ethics.
It contributes to implementing the general policy and establishment project and its declinations: care project, social project, etc.
- Organization of care:
- ensures the quality, safety of care, and organization
- ensures the follow-up of respect for protocols and procedures
- participates in managing patient movement optimization
- participates or delegates according to activity to the bi-daily admission commission
- participates or delegates according to activity to the weekly discharge commission
- participates in implementing service projects
- participates or delegates according to activity to pluridisciplinary staff meetings
- coordinates the work of caregivers (IDE, ASQ) and ASL
- controls care quality, particularly nursing acts and their traceability in the electronic medical record
You must hold a Bachelor's degree + 4 and have at least 3 years of experience in managing a healthcare team.
Work hours in accordance with the annual convention for working days.
You are holder of a State Diploma in Nursing
- Health Framework diploma or significant experience of more than 5 years in the function
- Master Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…)
- Master a time management tool (plannings)
