NURSE COORDINATOR (F/H)

the job that responds to your personal and professional objectives. From recruitment to integration into your future care team or management team, The Medical Call takes care of you! Your main missions as right-hand man to the direction will be:
Participate in the development and implementation of the residents' care project.
Manage, accompany, and coordinate the care team.
Ensure coordination with external interveners (doctors, paramedics).
Manage the administrative aspect of the care service. You hold a State Diploma in Nursing and ideally have complementary training in management.
You justify at least 4 years of experience on a similar position (nurse coordinator or health manager), you are used to intervening on replacements and will be able to bring your expertise quickly,
Your observational skills, kindness, and organization are essential assets for this role.
Working conditions and benefits
Executive status with a 215-day working allowance per year.
On-site accommodation.
Phone permanences are remunerated (125 € gross per week on average).
All availability will be proposed!
