- To animate and coordinate the nursing team: recruitment, training, evaluation, integration, welcoming students.
- To organize and coordinate the care of residents, in accordance with the values of the structure and the projects for life and care of the establishment.
- To ensure the continuity of links with families and various healthcare actors.
- To guarantee the respect of service quality for residents.
- To ensure the implementation of procedures and protocols for care in a concern for securing the care delivered. You hold a State Diploma in Nursing, ideally completed by a Cadre Diploma or equivalent (Master's degree in management...) and have experience in team management.
