- Actively contribute to preparing healthcare elements.
- Animate and manage the nursing team: recruitment, training, evaluation, integration, welcoming students.
- Organize and coordinate resident care, in accordance with the structure's values and life projects and care projects of the establishment.
- Ensure the continuity of links with families and various health actors.
- Guarantee the respect of healthcare services provided to residents.
- Ensure the implementation of procedures and protocols for care in a concern for securing the care delivered.

Managerial status, daily allowance with 11 RTT
Remuneration: €40K (negotiable) + bonuses and allowances
