NURSE COORDINATOR (F/H)

You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of care and managing several floors within a clinic, ensuring optimal patient care.

- Ensure operational management by managing schedules, supervising healthcare teams, and animating service meetings
- Monitor quality and safety of care by tracking protocols and conducting audits of professional practices
- Actively participate in the establishment's instances, particularly the Pain Committee
- Supervise and guide a stable team, in collaboration with your peers, for effective continuity of care
- Guide and follow student interns, contributing to their formation and professional integration

Here are the proposed conditions for this position:
- Contract: CDD
- Duration: 6 months
- Salary: starting from €3150 per month based on experience

- State Nursing Diploma required for this position
- Minimum 1-year experience in team management required
- Operational management and scheduling skills necessary
- Proven ability to participate in establishment instances, particularly the CLUD
- Ability to guide and follow student interns in a professional setting
