In this home care facility, you are responsible for providing quality health care adapted to the needs of patients.

- Assess the health status of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medical treatments under the supervision of a referring physician
- Coordinate care with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Advise patients and their families on disease management and prevention
- Keep medical records up to date and ensure the transmission of relevant information We are looking for a (M/F) Nurse who is competent and empathetic for our client, a home care service.

- State Nursing Diploma required
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- High sense of empathy and listening skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
