Within a home care service, your primary mission will be to provide medical care to patients.
- You ensure regular monitoring of patients' health status at home.
- You collaborate closely with the medical team to develop and adjust care plans.
- You educate and advise patients and their families on managing treatments and home care.

- Contract: Temporary/Interim
- Duration: 30 days
- Salary: 17 euros/hour
