Faentina 63/A50032 Borgo San Lorenzo FI The Residenza Anni Azzurri Beato Angelico offers hospitality and assistance services, composed of a RSA and a Day Center, and welcomes guests both in the convention regime with the SSN and in the private regime, offering hospitality and assistance services to people with different conditions of non-autosufficiency and/or severe cognitive decline. It is possible to perform long-term or temporary stays following acute events or pre/post-operative hospitalizations, as well as relief hospitalizations, ensuring both scheduled and emergency hospitalizations. REQUIREMENTS In possession of the title of: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences; - Registration on the roll; - Respect for ECM credits; - Previous experience; - Being self-motivated; - Possession of VAT number if interested in freelance profession. The search is aimed at both sexes (Law 903/77 and art.8 D.lgs 196/00). RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE The Nurse: - Ensures assistance and performances to respond to the needs of assisted persons resulting from pathological conditions, psychological conditions, and socio-cultural habits; - Applies diagnostic-therapeutic procedures prescribed in accordance with current legislation and deontological norms of the profession; - Plans and implements, directly or through socio-sanitary operators, nursing performances, promoting personalized nursing assistance; - Uses correctly the procedures and protocols present in operational reality, observing the principles of protection and safety for the patient and worker, also using aids and PPE; - Knows and applies all provisions of D.Lgs 81/2008; - Ensures custody, control, and deadlines for medications and medical supplies in accordance with legislation and company procedures; - Collaborates with team members and medical staff in decisions regarding clinical diagnostic orientations; - Checks deliveries and reviews the nursing logbook; - Ensures confidentiality of all information related to patients. TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES - ability to identify primary patient needs and collect nursing anamnesis; - technical-organizational abilities for planning and performing assistance interventions; - ability to develop a care plan, defining assistance pathways and procedures to ensure continuity of care in collaboration with other profiles; - ability to prevent complications from bed rest; - ability to design an educational and/or training plan addressed to the person, family, or caregiver, aimed at maintaining residual capacities and promoting maximum autonomy possible in performing daily life activities; - ability to provide continuous feedback on patient adherence to therapeutic program and results of interventions implemented; - knowledge of first aid techniques; - knowledge and application of sanitary protocols; - knowledge and application of company procedures; - adequate knowledge of the Italian language.
