In the role of Home Care Nurse, you will contribute to:

• Providing patient-centered assistance and facilitating patient access to services in a pleasant and aware manner;
• Facilitating patient access to medications, monitoring patient adherence to therapy, and providing information on pharmaceutical products;
• Providing training and assistance on the correct use of medical devices;
• Reporting and managing Individual Case Safety Reports and Product Quality Complaints;
• Implementing and providing solutions to stakeholders (patients, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, doctors);
• Effectively communicating with team members and patients about all aspects of the service;
• Building, monitoring, and following up on KPIs. Measuring value and impact.

Expected start date: By September 1, 2025

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
• Registration with the Order of Nursing Professions (OPI);
• Experience in assisting patients with Peg J;
• Experience in assisting patients with Pump infusion;
• Experience in assisting patients with Advanced Parkinson's;
• Masters degree in Sciences of Nursing and Obstetrics is welcome;
• Experience in managing pharmacovigilance is welcome;
• Italian level: Mother tongue and English level: B1;

Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and how it changes over time, in order to use it for strategy and planning of access.
