As a Home Nurse, you will contribute to:

• Provide patient-centered care and facilitate patient access to services in a pleasant and conscious way;
• Facilitate patients' access to medications, monitor their adherence to therapy and provide them with information on pharmaceutical products;
• Deliver training and assistance on the correct use of medical devices;
• Report and manage Individual Case Safety Report and Product Quality Compliant;
• Implement and provide solutions to stakeholders (patients, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, doctors);
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients all aspects of the service;
• Build, monitor and follow the implementation of KPIs. Measure value and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
• Registration with the Order of Nursing Professions (OPI);
• Experience in assisting patients with PEG J;
• Experience in assisting patients with Infusion Pump;
• Experience in assisting patients with Advanced Parkinson's;
• Master's degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences is appreciated;
• Experience in pharmacovigilance management is appreciated;
• Italian Level: Native speaker and English Level: B1;
