• Our Nursing Care Model is based on providing highly specialized care to oncological and oncohematological patients throughout the disease care process.
• At the Institut Català d’Oncologia (ICO), we are leaders in oncological and oncohematological care and in high-complexity treatments. The current cancer landscape shows a clear increase in incidence and prevalence, leading to a progressive increase in healthcare activity. We are currently in a growth phase to improve and guarantee equitable access to oncological services, for which the ICO is a reference for oncological care.
• You will work within a multidisciplinary team in different care settings where new nursing profiles have been developed to meet the needs of the population we serve. Within the ICO's organizational care model, as a nurse, you can develop the role of an advanced practice nurse, being the patient's reference point throughout the disease process.
• You will find opportunities for professional development in the field of nursing in various care areas: Hematology, Day Hospital, Oncology, Palliative Care, Radiation Oncology, Brachytherapy... as well as Prevention, treatment, research, and teaching.

• As an ICO nurse, you will collaborate in the continuous improvement of care quality by participating in various certifications and achieving the defined standards to obtain the health outcomes for the population we serve.

What do we offer you?

A stable employment contract to cover a vacancy until the resolution of a public call, with the possibility of immediate incorporation, regulated by the applicable sectoral collective agreement (SISCAT), and with a workday and shift adapted to your preferences and availability.

Highly competitive fixed remuneration in the sector + variable remuneration (annual incentives from 6% to 12%) + recognition through professional career progression from the start (regulated by the SISCAT agreement and applicable company agreements) with the corresponding salary increase.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative service where teamwork is a priority.

Work-life balance and workplace flexibility with the possibility of enjoying leave according to negotiated labor conditions that improve upon the SISCAT agreement. Work-life balance with 30 calendar days of vacation, 5 days of personal leave, and 2 days of convention leave per year (approx.).
