Customer Service Representative – Spanish (Remote Work in Greece)

Languages: Spanish (fluent) + English (intermediate or higher level)

About the role:
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international company that offers exceptional service to clients across Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for the customer through phone, chat, or email.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers by phone, chat, and email.
• Identify customer needs and offer precise and rapid solutions.
• Manage complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent level of Spanish (oral and written).
• Good level of English for training and internal communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
• Reside in Greece or be willing to relocate.
