Industry Relations Lead – Quality, Logistics & Staffing (BPO)

This role requires someone who has experience in industry relations, quality, logistics, staffing and BPO services. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who has experience in sales, operations or management and wants to take on new challenges.
