Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) Specializing in Machining/CNC Milling Technology

Fixed-term for 12 months

In your role as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in Machining/CNC Milling Technology, you will be responsible for processing milled parts, maintenance, servicing, and preventive upkeep of the machine.

Your Responsibilities

• Manufacturing of milled parts according to drawings and work plans, recording processing and setup times, downloading production programs, and reviewing clamping sketches on the industrial PC.
• Setting up and clamping of manufactured parts.
• Creating or adapting programs within the scope of workshop programming (5 axes).
• Tool presetting using the UNO 20/40 presetting device.
• General maintenance of the tool magazine and standard tool assignment, tool corrections.
• Confident operation and control of the milling machine.
• Independent quality control (according to operator self-inspection instructions).
• Performing prescribed inspections according to the work plan.
• Adherence to all safety regulations, orderliness, and cleanliness.
• Carrying out regular maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
• Instruction and training of external personnel.

• Completed vocational training in a metal trade; preferably a miller (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d).
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English language skills (at least B1 level) are required.
• Professional experience with 5-axis milling machines or vacuum table high-speed milling.
• Experience with Heidenhain iTNC 530 control systems.
• Confident use of job-specific work, testing, and measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Careful and conscientious working style, teamwork ability, reliability.
• Willingness to work in a 2 or 3-shift system depending on workload.
