Industrial Mechanic (gn) - Automation Technology

The 3D-aero GmbH is a tech company from Hamburg with about 70 employees and has been a proud part of the MTU Aero Engines AG since December 2024 – one of the world's leading companies in the aerospace industry. We develop customized automation solutions for aircraft production and other industrial sectors. In doing so, we use optical sensor technology and modern industrial robots together with KI-based data processing to develop tailored systems for our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Industrial Mechanic (gn) at the earliest possible time. Tasks

• Maintenance of our mechanical assemblies, fixtures on special machines
• Maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis
• Independent production of workpieces using conventional and CNC machines
• Drawing up sketches during assembly
• Quality control, documentation, and close coordination with design and production
• Handling tasks via our ERP system

Qualification

• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic (gn), Toolmaker (gn) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in assembly, maintenance, or mechanical production
• Technical understanding, meticulous and structured working method
• Team spirit, reliability, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
• Ideal knowledge of CAM programs (Fusion) and CNC machines (Heidenhain)
• Good German language skills
