Your Tasks:

• You will manage customer relationships in the fleet, logistics, truck, and car fleets
• You will deal with media-supported inquiry processing
• You will create and track offers
• You will support the sales department in its tasks
• You will help the support team in scheduling (external) appointments and creating invoices
• You will be actively involved in reporting and participate in action planning measures and their implementation
• You will place orders with suppliers and write purchase invoices
• You will organize training events/meetings/events including pre- and post-processing

Your Profile:

• You are an industrial purchasing manager (m/w/d) by profession or have a comparable commercial education background
• You have professional experience in the commercial environment
• You are resilient and show a high level of initiative
• You work structured, process-oriented, and customer-oriented
• In addition to very good German language skills in writing and speaking, you may also speak other foreign languages such as English
• You are characterized by your communication skills as a team player
• Your organizational skills, successful self-management, and persuasion talent, both telephonically or via email, set you up for success
