We are looking for a job placement in the context of direct mediation.
Deine Aufgaben You check regularly the data that is exchanged with customers via electronic interfaces
You take care of customer support and consulting
You create evaluations and reports, stand directly in contact with customers and work closely with the external sales team together
In addition, you will take over additional administrative tasks, such as processing complaints
Deine Fähigkeiten You have a commercial education and ideally first professional experiences in the field of order processing
You bring ideally 3-5 years of professional experience
You know yourself well in the area of order processing
You possess very good MS-Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
You have experience with SAP R3
You are proficient in very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
Belastbarkeit and a developed communicative strength belong to your properties
Teamfähigkeit and a high customer orientation are for you self-evident
Good to very good English language skills and SAP R3 knowledge are a prerequisite
