Job description
Realize industrializations of material models, ensuring technical requirements provided by the Michelin Group. Provide functions for obtaining quality materials adapted and developed for local procedures, as well as methods that allow meeting quality objectives, costs, and deadlines.
- Elaborate reference documents for material procurement, adapted to the local context (definition of manufacturing norms, process parameters, technical files);
- Follow up on material characteristics during the fabrication process and pilot actions to return to standard;
- Define and implement methods for ensuring material quality (AMDEC, measurements, statistics, verification, control, etc.);
- Contribute to the Progress Plan of activities by validating process modifications and recipes based on tests conducted in the operational phase.
