Industrialization Engineer

Adecco permanent, for an important multinational industrial reality, structured and oriented towards innovation and continuous improvement, is looking for:

Industrialization Engineer

to be integrated into the team dedicated to the development and optimization of production processes.

The resource will have a cross-functional role between industrialization, production, and product development, responsible for analyzing the feasibility of new products, defining efficient production cycles, and supporting continuous improvement of processes in an Lean Manufacturing perspective.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the feasibility of new products and defining the related production cycles
• Managing the creation of materials and bills of materials in the system
• Creating final drawings and intermediate processing phases
• Collaborating with external suppliers for sampling and prototypes
• Supporting Production in the optimization of processes and reduction of waste
• Designing jigs, tools, and solutions to support production
• Defining times, methods, and technical documentation
• Managing modifications and implementations requested by Production
• Collaborating with the Project Manager in defining process specifications

Requirements:

• Technical diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering companies in product design and/or industrialization roles
• Good knowledge of CAD, preferably CATIA V5
• Good problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail
• Teamwork attitude
• Good knowledge of English

• Annual gross salary (RAL) 32-35k euros + production bonus
