As an Industrial Refrigeration Technician at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial refrigeration systems, including but not limited to: - Installing, testing, and commissioning new refrigeration systems; - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing worn-out parts; - Troubleshooting and repairing system malfunctions; - Conducting energy audits and recommending improvements to optimize system performance; - Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial refrigeration systems, including but not limited to: - Refrigerant handling and safety procedures; - System design and installation principles; - Troubleshooting and repair techniques; - Energy efficiency and optimization strategies. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
