We are looking for an Industrial Quality Engineer (H/F) for our site located in Villeurbanne (69), which is part of our Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) product line.
This activity brings together more than 13,000 employees worldwide and responds to the challenges of global mobility for passenger and freight transport through digitalization. Its solutions aim to offer safe and smooth mobility to passengers and operators by optimizing real-time signalization and multimodality performance, and providing connectivity and automated driving solutions.
The position is to be filled at our Villeurbanne site, which has been in operation for 40 years and specializes in electronic railway systems, the brain and nervous system of trains. It ensures development, validation, industrialization, logistics, manufacturing, and maintenance for over 130 projects.
Missions:
- Participate in audits of workstations and special procedures,
- Participate in improving the performance of the production unit by PDCA or 6 sigma methodology
- Work with industrial teams and quality suppliers to alert risks due to defects,
- Report to the Quality Industrial Responsible the synthesis of inspection results, including indicators.
- Be the guarantor of quality tools and methodologies for fabrication teams (problem-solving methods, self-control, QRQC, ...)
- Contribute to continuous improvement actions and programs at the site.
Gestion des non-conformités:
- Responsible for daily management of non-conformity, ensuring reactivity to inform the supplier of the non-conformity report (NCR), to replace defective parts, and to implement security measures,
- Animate the treatment of the non-conformity report by setting up a relevant action plan to achieve the non-conformity report (NCR) objective,
- Bill the cost of non-quality (CONQ S1) to suppliers.
Mesures de sécurisation:
- Organize the upgrade to be performed by the supplier,
- Determine a quality wall if necessary.
Amélioration continue et méthode qualité:
- Animate, in conjunction with the Quality Responsible, the continuous improvement process and lead quality method projects
Profile sought:
- Holder of a Bac+5 engineering degree (Engineering School or University) with ideally a specialization in Quality,
- You have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/quality industrial with a strong orientation towards processes & products and ideally, in a technical context allowing you to understand the critical characteristics of electronic products,
- You have already worked in quality tool management, particularly problem-solving methods,
- You are recognized for your rigor, communication skills, and teamwork,
- You have good knowledge of the quality standard (ISO9001) and quality tools,
- You know the IPC standards, primarily IPC A610 (A600 and A7711/21 will be differentiators),
- You prioritize teamwork and are comfortable collaborating with colleagues working in different teams,
- You are comfortable compiling and presenting data and are rigorous,
- You are recognized for your persuasion, conviction, and proactivity skills and have a sense of result and client orientation,
- You have a good level of English.
