Your tasks Order processing
Zentraler Ansprechpartner for customers, by phone and email
Taking up inquiries and clarification (possibly also technically) internally and externally
Presentation and follow-up of offers
Organization and care of exhibition stands
Participation in exhibitions and care of customers on site
Triggering and processing of orders
Billing according to AB and possibly special services
Correspondence in German and English
Settling the on-site payment traffic / cash register
Dokumentation
Your profile Commercial education and experience in customer service or comparable professional experience
Readiness for weekend work / overtime
Very good MS-Office skills
Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation
A high degree of self-initiative, self-organization, and teamwork
Hands-on mentality and sense of responsibility
English and in writing (absolutely required)
