- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and management information;
- Divide projects into executable actions and define deadlines/responsibilities;
- Collaborate with clients to identify and define scope, requirements, and objectives;
- Assign tasks to internal teams and manage schedules;
- Verify that client needs are met as projects evolve;
- Help prepare budgets and manage capex;
- Analyze risks and opportunities in each project, even before its execution. Collaborating with the development team to find better solutions for the company;
- Supervise project procurement management and administrative control;
- Monitor and report project progress;
