Industrial Operator II - 1st shift

Job description

• Register data related to productive process at the end of the shift, when relevant, for production control and performance monitoring.
• Dispose of waste in collectors and direct them correctly, following BPF (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Perform small maintenance and adjustments according to established procedures.
• Count the volume of roasted and ground coffee stored in silos at the end of each shift and register the information in a specific report, notifying those involved in the area to ensure monitoring of coffee availability and expiration dates.
• Operate machine, controlling parameters through mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic adjustments, supplying equipment with necessary inputs and materials to maintain full operation.
• Perform manual adjustments on grinding equipment, including adjusting output flow from roasted coffee silos, input flow from roasted coffee to grinders, roller alignment, and other procedures according to established protocols and training plans, ensuring production meets quality and productivity standards.
• Analyze quality parameters, including color, moisture, particle size, and density, collecting ground coffee samples and performing verifications according to procedures and training plans, ensuring production meets defined quality standards.
• Interpret production plan and gather information on programming, monitoring performance reports in physical and digital formats.
• Present machine performance results during relevant meetings and as requested.
