About the Roles The National Tertiary Education Union (NSW Division) is seeking two Industrial Officers to join our team. As an Industrial Officer, you will be responsible for: Providing expert advice and guidance on industrial relations matters to members and officials; Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve union goals; Building and maintaining strong relationships with members, officials, and stakeholders; Representing the union in negotiations and meetings with employers; And more! Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, industrial relations); At least 2 years' experience in an industrial relations or similar role; Strong understanding of Australian industrial relations laws and regulations; Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; And more!
