Industrial Material Planner

Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A. – Filiale di Formigine is searching for an important company operating in the metalmechanical sector a professional profile to be inserted within the Operations – Planning area. Industrial Material Planner Job Description: The sought-after professional figure of Industrial Material Planner will be inserted into the Operations area, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and will be responsible for planning materials and monitoring production flows, interfacing with internal departments and contributing to efficient process management. The resource will operate in close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer. The resource will be responsible for: - Managing the company's ERP system independently, with particular reference to MRP functionality. - Ensuring correct maintenance of material data (lots, procurement policies, planning parameters, etc.). - Planning materials according to typical mechanical processing logics (cutting/bending, milling, turning, welding, etc.). - Performing analyses and monitoring production loads (MPS), identifying potential overloads. - Verifying daily work progress, monitoring production advancement, punctuality of deliveries, economic data on delivered goods, and monthly forecast. - Understanding and managing physical and informational logistics flows related to production. - Collaborating with the COO for setting and monitoring performance KPIs for the company and department. - Conducting structured problem-solving activities: root cause analysis, definition of corrective and containment actions. Skills & Experience: The requirements for the role of Industrial Material Planner are: - Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's in Engineering Management. - At least 3 years of experience as a Planner, Material Planner, Production Planner or similar. - Excellent knowledge of MRP functionality. - Good knowledge of MPS functionality. - Familiarity with planning techniques and procurement policies (Net Demand, Replenishment Point, Kanban, etc.). - Ability to calculate optimal inventory levels. - Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. - Autonomy in analyses (Pareto approach, PDCA, etc.). Completing the profile are leadership operational skills, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities, precision, and result-oriented mindset. Job classification: RAL indicative: € 28,000, commensurate with experience.
