Industrial Machinery Technician

LHH For a client company that designs and produces industrial machinery and equipment at an international level, we are currently looking for an Industrial Machinery Technician responsible for installing and starting up machines. Responsibilities The role involves mobility around the world for at least 170 working days per year; therefore, it is not required to reside at the company's headquarters and workplace. The compensation package consists of Annual Gross Salary + Travel Allowance; which are recognized as follows: Italy €50 gross; Europe €70 gross; Extra-Europe €90 gross. Follow-up main activities to be performed on site: ? Install, start up, and test equipment and machinery; ? Fine-tuning process to ensure quality and cycle time at specific; ? Install molds on non- company systems, set up machines, and manage process activities; ? Troubleshoot faults and malfunctions during construction phases; ? Perform technical interventions in sales and/or warranty; ? Provide second-level support to branches and customers; ? Write technical reports identifying problems and proposing solutions; ? Participate in work teams for continuous product improvement. Your Profile Requirements: ? High school diploma in a technical field, preferably with an electronic or electrical engineering orientation; ? Experience in mechanical/mechatronic/pneumatic/electronic applications in industrial sectors; ? Knowledge of the English language to travel and interface independently with clients; ? Problem-solving skills; ? Familiarity with Microsoft Office; ? Preferably experience in PET systems. Completing the profile: good manual skills, customer-oriented and goal-oriented, good organizational skills, and habit of working independently and proactively, as well as adaptability to multicultural environments. The client company has 22 sales branches worldwide, 4 production facilities, and 35 post-sales service centers for providing spare parts and technical assistance.
